Founded in 2003, the firm is Based in Shanghai and Melbourne, now has more than 150 professionals working closely to serve well known enterprises across China. 華策設計是一家專注在住宅、商業、酒店、旅游度假、康養、景觀等領域的綜合型設計機構，由多位合伙人于2003年在上海共同創立，并在澳大利亞設海外辦公室。公司以“設計創造價值”為核心理念，基于多年的專業積累，與業主共同面對項目挑戰，為業主實現項目價值最大化。

Facing the challenges of each project, in terms of Residence development, HCArchitects sets up RDM (Refined Design Management) system to ensure quality, market demanding, and innovative solutions combines and leads to new height and continued success. As in Commercial & Tourism Development projects, we set up research sector on different design stages, working together with upstream and downstream professional teams as an integrated group, serving our clients effectively, comprehensively, and creatively.

同時，基于精細化設計管理體系，住宅地產方面，華策始終關注市場因素對開發策略的影響，與上下游緊密結合，基于系統的保障體系確保項目高效運行和高品質落地；在商業與文旅地產板塊，與專業咨詢機構共同組建研發機構，在不斷變化的市場環境和項目多重復雜因素制約下提供的綜合解決思路。
