華策設(shè)計是一家專注在住宅、商業(yè)、酒店、旅游度假、康養(yǎng)、景觀等領(lǐng)域的綜合型設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)，由多位合伙人于2003年在上海共同創(chuàng)立，并在澳大利亞設(shè)海外辦公室。公司以“設(shè)計創(chuàng)造價值”為核心理念，基于多年的專業(yè)積累，與業(yè)主共同面對項目挑戰(zhàn)，為業(yè)主實現(xiàn)項目價值最大化。

Facing the challenges of each project, in terms of Residence development, HCArchitects sets up RDM (Refined Design Management) system to ensure quality, market demanding, and innovative solutions combines and leads to new height and continued success. As in Commercial & Tourism Development projects, we set up research sector on different design stages, working together with upstream and downstream professional teams as an integrated group, serving our clients effectively, comprehensively, and creatively.

同時，基于精細(xì)化設(shè)計管理體系，住宅地產(chǎn)方面，華策始終關(guān)注市場因素對開發(fā)策略的影響，與上下游緊密結(jié)合，基于系統(tǒng)的保障體系確保項目高效運(yùn)行和高品質(zhì)落地；在商業(yè)與文旅地產(chǎn)板塊，與專業(yè)咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)共同組建研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)，在不斷變化的市場環(huán)境和項目多重復(fù)雜因素制約下提供的綜合解決思路。
