Compared with the urban real estate, sojourn products enjoy the advantages in the natural environment, wild interest, fresh air and resort style. Hence, its landscape design should be able to slow down people’s pace.

本案項目的最大優勢就是騰沖原生態的地理環境，SED設計師們尊重場地現有的原始植物、地形、水文條件，通過對“人-山景-意境”三者關系的梳理，利用滲透、交錯嵌入的手法進行植入式設計，劃分出棲居、山居和云居景觀居住概念，將天作的環境之景、心生的空間境界以及場地本色之美進行元素抽象與融合，從而指導項目推進深化和落地，凸顯本案項目獨特的自然、質樸、野奢的旅居氛圍。

The biggest strength of this project is Tengching’s geographical conditions. SED designers respect the existing plants, topographic and hydrologic conditions, propose diversified concepts of living according to the relationships of “Human-Mountain Scene-Artistic Conception”. The heaven-sent surrounding environment, subjective spatial mood and the site features are perfectly integrated to enhance the project’s unique atmosphere.
